What is the difference between Sugar and Diabetes? - sugar diabetes more condition_symptoms

I know this has to do with glucose and sugar in the blood and how your body metabolism things. But I do not know the difference. Sugar is worse than not true (I know that diabetes is too terrible)? Please help. Thank you:)
