I would not recommend. Electric cookers themselves inconvienience are very accurate. It heats unevenly. So, if you will be warmed in the oven rack them unevenly. Serious cooks use gas grills, but they get hard to maintain, but their television. Good luck.
You can. Some of SOU oven with grill and what I saw Sears, have their own heat source.
